We produce equipment for all Modern methods of extraction

Traditionally, the resin of the plant was extracted from inflorescences in a mechanical way

1)by sieving through a sieve, snap-off from the surface of the dried inflorescences, for "knocking out" the resin from the flowers and their subsequent shaping into "blocks"

2)or a more crude method - sticky when you roll the top between your hands and then scrape the resin.

On a global scale are much more common method dry sieving, a significant part of it is screened by the dry method. However, countries where historically was manufactured mainly "hammer"; and today a considerable number rolled by hand.

In the last few decades new technologies of extraction of resin from plants where the final product gets the green minimum inert mass. In General, these chemical methods, such as use of gaseous butane extractors of CO2 . These extracts often have a phenomenal psychoactivity. Many samples contain up to 90% of the active substance. For comparison, the conventional technologies allow to obtain a product with a content of 15-40% of the active substance.

Another method of extraction=extraction of THC in icy water. The essence of this method is that the flowers are immersed in ice water, where the substance hardens, becomes brittle, and with stirring, separated from the surface of flowers. In this sense, the way it turns out mechanical. However, water plays a much bigger role than just freezing. Extraction in ice water can be produced in a variety of ways, often with expensive equipment, but the result will give a simple bucket of ice water and a hand mixer. Using this method it is easy to understand how the separation of active ingredients from plant matter: they are much heavier, and therefore sink to the bottom of the bucket, while the flowers and leaves remain on the surface.
